| Travel back in time to Russia and study the music of Prokofiev’s Cinderella. While studying Russian history, meet other great Russian composers and hear some of the world’s most beautiful music. Studies include Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, Rimsky Korsakov’s Scheherazade, and Stravinsky’s Petrouchka. Activities include creative writing, games, crafts, listening exercises and a suggested musical (musical not included). This camp works well with late Elementary - High School students and includes approximately 36 hours of instruction and activities which can be covered in four days, three hours a day, with three teachers rotating groups.
