| Experience Engelbert Humperdinck’s delightful Hansel & Gretel, based on Grimm’s fairy tale. Learn about opera, publicity and staging. Students will venture through a strawberry patch and nibble their way to the top of the infamous candy house through games that reinforce theory, musical terms, musical form and opera. Activities include games, arts & crafts, worksheets and the performance of a suggested musical (musical not included), approximately 40-45 hours of instruction and activities which can be covered in four to five days, three hours a day, with three teachers rotating groups.
