Description
Sail the keys to the highest “C”! Each game includes three four-octave keyboards (one for each of the 3 levels; minimal assembly required), six game pieces and interval cards (color-coded in three levels; all three levels included). Each student or team begins on Middle C. Players draw a card and move up or down their keyboard by specific intervals stated on each card. Excellent drill for naming keys on the keyboard, steps, skips, half steps, whole steps, major, minor, perfect, augmented and diminished intervals. See details below for the specific intervals covered in each level. (This game really reinforces counting the first note/key as “one” when moving by intervals!) Laminating the keyboards is suggested. Game pieces may vary. CONCEPTS INCLUDE:
